Dan Bertler –
Owner/Business Development Dan Bertler is the president and owner of Supreme Structures Incorporated. Dan’s primary focus is on business development. He is responsible for the past clients we had, the current clients we have and have retained through the years, and all the future clients that we will join in partnerships. Dan earned his bachelor’s in agriculture with an emphasis on business industry and construction management from the University of Wisconsin. He also attended the Madison Area Technical College, completing the associated general contractor superintendent course. Prior to establishing Supreme Structures in 1992, Dan had been working in the construction industry since 1988. His vast background in construction management includes project management, contract negotiations, job cost evaluations, material purchasing, estimating, and plan review. Dan’s experience in the Madison-area building industry makes him an invaluable asset to his clients during plan commission and plan approval processes. Mandy Stark –
Lead Project Manager Mandy is responsible for coordinating project management from conception to completion on all projects. Mandy graduated from the UW-Platteville with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. She went to work on the east coast after college building Wal-Mart Supercenters and then working on the Pentagon Renovation after 9/11. After moving back to Wisconsin, she worked on the Epic Systems expansion in Verona. In 2010, Mandy joined Supreme Structures. Her strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience will help lead you through all phases of your project. Mandy's focus on customer service and high expectations make her a valuable team player at Supreme Structures.
| Andy Rice –
Project Manager Andy is responsible for estimating and project management from conception to completion on a wide range of projects. Andy has been in the construction industry since 2000 and graduated from the UW-Platteville in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. His commercical construction background includes stick-framing, metal buildings, precast concrete, and tenant build-outs. Andy is a LEED Green Associate and has been with Supreme Structures since 2010. | |
Todd Colbeck –Field Superintendent/ Shop Manager / Service Technician Todd’s duties include coordinating, facilitating, and supervising the construction of single or multiple projects under the supervision of office personnel, in conjunction with maintaining company’s buildings and equipment. Todd has been working in the construction industry since 1988 and proved great leadership abilities when he joined the team in 2005. Coming from the drywall trade, Todd’s impeccable attention to detail and his drive to do the best and only the best makes him an icon in our company and industry. |

Kelli Betsinger –Marketing Director Kelli Betsinger manages Supreme Structures’ business and community communications. As marketing director, her job includes sharing the news of all our clients’ successes and how Supreme Structures brings the best in design-built construction to southern Wisconsin. She brings a diverse background to the position: from working as a project manager for military medical research studies to her most recent work as an advertising agency account executive with clients in consumer and B2B industries. Her passion includes volunteering in our schools and community. In 2006, she and her husband started LVM Dreams Big, a non-profit organization of business and community leaders who worked together to build Wisconsin’s first Boundless Playground. Kelli earned her bachelor’s in Journalism/Advertising from UW Eau Claire and looks forward to growing valued partnerships with our Supreme Structures' clients. |
